The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Conveyor Belt Cleaner is designed to effectively remove carryback without causing damage to the belt or splices. Its innovative low-pressure 'deflected blade' design ensures efficient cleaning on a wide range of conveyor belts, even in challenging scenarios. With 3' wide blades that require low tensioning pressure, the risk of belt damage is minimized, resulting in increased blade longevity. The compact clamp-mount design offers flexible installation options, while the no-blade replacement system simplifies maintenance. Equipped with either a hot rolled or 316 SS tensioner, the MARTIN® SAF2™ maintains optimal cleaning efficiency throughout its lifespan.
