The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Urethane Blade Cleaners are designed to effectively remove carryback without causing damage to belts, splices, or cleaning edges. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, these cleaners are suitable for all types of conveyors, including 'worst-case' belts. With 3" wide urethane blades requiring minimal tensioning pressure, the risk of belt damage is reduced while increasing blade longevity. The compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation options, and the simple, no-tool blade replacement ensures easy maintenance and efficiency. Available with a choice of hot rolled or 316 SS tensioner, these cleaners maintain consistent cleaning efficiency regardless of blade wear.
