The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Belt Cleaner is designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to belts, splices, or cleaning edges. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner is suitable for all conveyor types, including 'worst-case' belts. With 30 blades measuring 3 inches wide, it offers effective cleaning with low tensioning pressure, reducing the risk of belt damage and extending blade life. The compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation, and the no-tool blade replacement system ensures easy maintenance. Available with either a hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner, the SAF2™ ensures consistent cleaning efficiency throughout blade wear.
