The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Belt Cleaner is designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to belts, splices, or cleaning edges. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner is suitable for all types of conveyors, even 'worst-case' scenarios. With 3" wide tungsten carbide blades that require minimal tensioning pressure, it reduces the risk of belt damage and extends blade life. The compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation options, while the no-tool blade replacement ensures easy maintenance. Suitable for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96" and with a max belt speed of 800 FPM, this cleaner offers reliable and efficient performance.
