The MARTIN® SAF2™ Tungsten Carbide Secondary Cleaner is designed to effectively remove carryback without causing damage to belts or splices. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner is suitable for all types of conveyors, including 'worst-case' belts. With 3" wide blades that require minimal tensioning pressure, it reduces the risk of belt damage while extending blade life. The compact clamp-mount design offers flexible installation options, and the no-tool blade replacement system ensures easy maintenance. It comes with a choice of hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner for adjustable blade-to-belt pressure, ensuring consistent cleaning efficiency.
