The MARTIN® SAF2™ Tungsten Carbide Secondary Cleaner is designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing any damage to the belt, splices, or cleaning edges. With a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this secondary cleaner is suitable for all types of conveyors, including 'worst-case' belts. Featuring 3" wide blades that require minimal tensioning pressure, it reduces the risk of belt damage, extends blade life, and ensures optimal cleaning efficiency. The compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation options, and the no-tool blade replacement system simplifies maintenance. Equipped with a 316 SS Tensioner with a simple-to-adjust lock pin, it maintains the required blade-to-belt pressure for consistent cleaning performance.
