The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Cleaners are designed to effectively remove carryback without causing damage to belt surfaces, splices, or cleaning edges. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, these cleaners are suitable for any conveyor system, even under the most challenging conditions. With 3" wide tungsten carbide blades that require minimal tensioning pressure, the risk of belt damage is reduced, while the blade life is extended. The compact clamp-mount design offers flexible installation options, and the no-tool blade replacement ensures easy maintenance. Available with a paint mainframe and 316 SS tensioner, ensuring durability and high-performance even at belt speeds of up to 800 fpm.
