The MARTIN® SAF2™ Tungsten Carbide Secondary Cleaners are designed to remove carryback without causing damage to the belt, splices, or cleaning edge. With a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, these secondary cleaners are suitable for any conveyor, even 'worst-case' belts. Featuring 3" wide blades that require low tensioning pressure, they minimize the risk of belt damage while prolonging blade life. The compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation options, and the no-tool blade replacement system ensures easy maintenance. Available with a choice of hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner, the SAF2™ ensures consistent cleaning efficiency regardless of blade wear, enhancing conveyor performance and minimizing cleanup costs.
