The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Cleaners are specifically designed to efficiently remove carryback on conveyor belts without causing damage to the belt, splices, or cleaning edges. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, these cleaners are suitable for all types of conveyors, including 'worst-case' belts. The 3" wide Tungsten Carbide blades require minimal tensioning pressure, reducing the risk of belt damage and extending blade life. With a compact clamp-mount design and no-tool blade replacement, installation and maintenance are hassle-free. Available with a choice of hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner for optimal cleaning efficiency even as blades wear down.
