The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Belt Cleaner is designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to belts or cleaning edges. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner is suitable for all types of conveyors, even 'worst-case' belts. With 3" wide urethane blades that require minimal tensioning pressure, it reduces the risk of belt damage while prolonging blade life. The compact clamp-mount design offers flexible installation options, and the no-tool blade replacement system ensures easy maintenance. This cleaner is available with a hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner for consistent cleaning efficiency.
