The MARTIN® SAF2™ Urethane Secondary Cleaner is designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to the belt, splices, or cleaning edge. With its unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this secondary cleaner is suitable for all conveyor types, including 'worst-case' belts. Featuring 3' wide blades that require minimal tensioning pressure, it reduces the risk of belt damage and increases blade longevity. The compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation options, and the no-tool blade replacement ensures easy maintenance. Available with a hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner, the MARTIN® SAF2™ ensures consistent cleaning efficiency.
