The MARTIN® SAF2™ Urethane Secondary Cleaners are designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to belts, splices, or cleaning edges. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, they are suitable for all types of conveyors, including 'worst-case' belts. With 26 blades measuring 3' wide, these cleaners require minimal tensioning pressure, reducing the risk of belt damage and extending blade life. The clamp-mount design offers flexible installation options, while the easy-to-replace blades ensure hassle-free maintenance. Equipped with a painted mainframe and an included tensioner, these cleaners also come with an orange urethane color option and a dust-tight steel cover door for added convenience.
