The MARTIN® SAF2™ Urethane Secondary Cleaner is designed to efficiently remove carryback on conveyor belts without causing any damage. Its low-pressure 'deflected blade' design ensures optimal cleaning performance for any conveyor type, including 'worst-case' belts. With 32 3" wide urethane blades requiring minimal tensioning pressure, this cleaner reduces the risk of belt damage, extending blade life. The clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation, while the hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner maintains the necessary blade-to-belt pressure for continuous cleaning efficiency.
