The MARTIN® QC™ #1; HD MT Pre-Cleaner is a robust solution designed for efficient primary cleaning on belt conveyors ranging from 18" to 96" wide. Featuring a MAXIMIZER™ Urethane blade with tungsten carbide tip, it delivers exceptional durability lasting up to 3 times longer than traditional urethane blades. This cleaner is compatible with both the QC™ #1; HD Mainframe and PD Mainframe, offering versatility in application. Choose between a TWIST™ Tensioner or Spring Tensioner for consistent cleaning pressure with minimal adjustments. Not recommended for belts with mechanical fasteners.
