The MARTIN® QC™ #1; HD MT Pre-Cleaners are engineered for efficiency and durability in conveyor systems. With a robust MAXIMIZER™ Urethane blade featuring a tungsten carbide tip, it outlasts traditional blades threefold. Suitable for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96", with a max belt speed of 900 FPM and service temperatures of up to 180°F intermittent and 160°F continuous, these pre-cleaners ensure optimal performance. Designed for easy maintenance, they come with a TWIST™ Tensioner or Spring Tensioner for consistent cleaning pressure, reducing the need for frequent adjustments. Note: Not compatible with belts using mechanical fasteners.
