The MARTIN SAF2™ Secondary Belt Cleaner is designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to belts, splices, or cleaning edges. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner is suitable for all conveyor types, even 'worst-case' belts. With 3" wide blades that require low tensioning pressure, it minimizes the risk of belt damage and extends blade life. The compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation options, and the no-tool blade replacement feature ensures easy maintenance. Available with a choice of hot rolled or 316 SS tensioner, it maintains optimal cleaning efficiency regardless of blade wear.
