The MARTIN® SAF2⢠Secondary Belt Cleaner is a high-performance solution designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to the belt or cleaning edge. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this secondary cleaner is suitable for all conveyor types, including 'worst-case' belts. With 3" wide blades requiring minimal tensioning pressure, the risk of belt damage is reduced, while blade life is extended. The compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation options, and the no-tool blade replacement ensures easy maintenance. Available with a hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner, which maintains the required blade-to-belt pressure for optimal cleaning efficiency.
