The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Cleaner is an essential component for belt conveyors, designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to the belt or cleaning edges. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner is suitable for all types of conveyors, including 'worst-case' belts. With 3" wide blades that require minimal tensioning pressure, the risk of belt damage is reduced while extending blade life. The compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation options, and the no-tool blade replacement system ensures easy maintenance. Available with options for paint or SS mainframe, tungsten carbide or urethane blades, and a choice between a hot rolled or 316 SS tensioner, the MARTIN® SAF2™ guarantees optimal cleaning efficiency regardless of blade wear.
