The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Cleaner is designed to effectively remove carryback from conveyor belts without causing damage. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner is suitable for all types of conveyors, including challenging 'worst-case' scenarios. The 3" wide blades require minimal tensioning pressure, reducing the risk of belt damage and extending blade life. With a compact clamp-mount design and easy no-tool blade replacement, the SAF2™ offers flexible installation options. The tensioner options, including 316 SS, ensure consistent cleaning efficiency throughout blade wear, while the painted mainframe and urethane blades provide durability and reliable performance.
