With 3'' wide urethane blades that require minimal tensioning pressure, the risk of belt damage is reduced, leading to extended blade life. The compact clamp-mount design offers easy installation flexibility, while the simple, no-tool blade replacement ensures minimal downtime. Equipped with a 316 SS Tensioner and options for a hot rolled or 316 SS tensioner, these cleaners maintain optimal blade-to-belt pressure for consistent cleaning efficiency. Additional options include a dust-tight steel cover door for enhanced performance and durability.
