The Martin® SAF2™ Secondary Conveyor Cleaner is designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to the belt, splices, or cleaning edge. With its innovative low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner is suitable for all conveyor types, including 'worst-case' belts. Featuring 3' wide blades that require minimal tensioning pressure, the SAF2™ reduces the risk of belt damage and extends blade lifespan. The compact clamp-mount design allows for easy installation and the no-tool blade replacement further enhances maintenance convenience. Available with either a hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner, the SAF2™ ensures optimal belt cleaning efficiency throughout its lifespan.
