The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Cleaner is designed to effectively remove carryback without causing damage to belts, splices, or cleaning edges. Its innovative low-pressure 'deflected blade' design ensures efficient cleaning on any conveyor, including 'worst-case' belt scenarios. With 3" wide blades requiring minimal tensioning pressure, the risk of belt damage is reduced while increasing blade longevity. The compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation options, and the simple, no-tool blade replacement feature enhances maintenance efficiency. Available with various blade options such as Tungsten Carbide, Urethane, or without blades, and featuring a hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner for optimal blade-to-belt pressure control, the SAF2™ delivers reliable and durable performance in reducing conveyor clean-up costs.
