The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Cleaner is designed to remove carryback efficiently without causing damage to the belt, splices, or cleaning edge. With a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this secondary cleaner is suitable for any conveyor, including 'worst-case' belts. Its 3-inch wide blades require minimal tensioning pressure, reducing the risk of belt damage and extending blade life. The compact clamp-mount design offers flexible installation options, while the simple, no-tool blade replacement feature ensures easy maintenance. Available with a hot rolled or 316 SS tensioner, the MARTIN® SAF2™ ensures consistent cleaning efficiency by maintaining the required blade-to-belt pressure.
