The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Cleaners are designed to effectively remove carryback without causing damage to belts, splices, or cleaning edges. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, these cleaners are suitable for all types of conveyors, including 'worst-case' belts. With 3" wide blades requiring minimal tensioning pressure, the risk of belt damage is reduced, and blade life is extended. The compact clamp-mount design offers flexible installation options, while the no-tool blade replacement system ensures easy maintenance. Available options include a hot rolled or 316 SS tensioner for optimal cleaning efficiency and longevity.
