The MARTIN® DT2 Inline Secondary Cleaner is designed for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96" and delivers efficient cleaning at a maximum belt speed of 700 FPM. Featuring a split-track blade cartridge on a stainless steel mandrel, this cleaner offers quick (< 5 minutes) and easy servicing from outside the chute, allowing blade changes while the belt runs. With a low profile suitable for narrow spaces as slim as 7", it can be installed on conveyors running in two directions. Choose between a Spring Tensioner or an Air Tensioner for optimal performance.
