The MARTIN® DT2 Inline Secondary Cleaner is a high-performance solution designed for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96" and max belt speeds of 700 FPM. Featuring a split-track blade cartridge on a stainless steel mandrel, servicing takes less than 5 minutes and can be done from outside the chute. With on-site blade approvals, maintenance can be performed while the belt is running, reducing downtime. Its low profile enables installation in tight spaces as narrow as 7", and it can be mounted on conveyors operating in two directions. The Spring Tensioner variant ensures consistent and efficient cleaning performance, making it an ideal choice for industries requiring reliable conveyor cleaning solutions.
