The MARTIN® DT2 Inline Secondary Cleaners are designed for belt widths from 18" to 96", with a max belt speed of 700 FPM. Featuring a split-track blade cartridge on a stainless steel mandrel, servicing is quick and can be done in under 5 minutes from outside the chute. With on-site blade change approvals, maintenance is hassle-free even while the belt is running. The low profile allows installation in tight spaces as narrow as 7" and is suitable for conveyors that roll back or run in two directions. Available with Spring or Air Tensioner options, these cleaners offer efficient and durable belt cleaning solutions for various industrial applications.
