The MARTIN® DT2 Inline Secondary Cleaner is designed for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96" with a maximum belt speed of 700 FPM. Featuring a split-track blade cartridge on a stainless steel mandrel, this cleaner offers easy maintenance (< 5 minutes) performed from outside the chute, enabling blade changes while the belt is running. With its low-profile design, it can be installed in tight spaces as narrow as 7" and on conveyors that operate in two directions. Available with Spring Tensioner or Air Tensioner options, it ensures efficient and reliable belt cleaning.
