The MARTIN® HD MT Belt Cleaner is a heavy-duty metal-tipped pre-cleaner designed to deliver exceptional durability and performance. With a blade crafted from MAXIMIZER™ Urethane featuring a tungsten carbide tip, it outlasts conventional urethane blades threefold. Ideal for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96" and operating at speeds up to 900 FPM, this cleaner fits seamlessly on the QC™ #1; HD Mainframe or the QC™ #1; PD Mainframe. Choose between the MARTIN® TWIST™ Tensioner or Spring Tensioner for optimal cleaning pressure maintenance with minimal adjustments. Please note, this cleaner is not suitable for belts with mechanical fasteners.

Replace the mainframe if it is bent.My Pre-Cleaner is wearing more in the center of the blade.The blade is too wide for this application. Replace with a shorter length blade.
