The MARTIN® HD MT Belt Cleaner is a heavy-duty solution for effective pre-cleaning and primary cleaning on belt conveyors. With dimensions suitable for belt widths of 90 inches and a blade width of 88 inches, this cleaner is built for high-performance. The corrosion-resistant TC tipped blade ensures durability, while the stainless steel mainframe enhances longevity. Operating at a maximum belt speed of 900 fpm with a service temperature up to 160ºF continuous and 180ºF intermittent, this belt cleaner offers exceptional reliability. The MAXIMIZER™ Urethane blade with tungsten carbide tip lasts three times longer than traditional blades, reducing maintenance needs. Choose between a TWIST™ Tensioner or a Spring Tensioner for optimal cleaning pressure with minimal adjustments required. Note: Not compatible with belts featuring mechanical fasteners.
