The MARTIN® Heavy-Duty Metal Tipped Pre-Cleaner is a top-of-the-line solution for belt conveyor systems, suitable for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96". With a MAXIMIZER™ Urethane blade featuring a tungsten carbide tip that lasts 3 times longer than conventional blades, this cleaner ensures maximum durability and performance. The cleaner can be mounted on either the QC™ #1; HD Mainframe or the QC™ #1; PD Mainframe. Equipped with a TWISTâ„¢ Tensioner for optimal cleaning pressure adjustment, it is designed to operate at temperatures up to 160°F continuously and 180°F intermittently.
