The MARTIN® QC™ #1; HD MT Belt Cleaner is designed for high durability and performance in a variety of conveyor applications. Featuring a sturdy blade made of MAXIMIZER™ Urethane with tungsten carbide tip that lasts three times longer than conventional blades, this cleaner fits seamlessly on the QC™ #1; HD or PD Mainframe. With options for TWIST™ Tensioner or Spring Tensioner, it ensures proper cleaning pressure while reducing the need for frequent adjustments. Note: Not suitable for belts with mechanical fasteners.
