The MARTIN® QC™ #1; HD MT Belt Cleaner is a heavy-duty metal-tipped pre-cleaner designed for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96". With a durable MAXIMIZER™ Urethane blade featuring a tungsten carbide tip that lasts three times longer than conventional blades, this cleaner ensures optimal performance in diverse applications. It can be mounted on either the QC™ #1; HD Mainframe or the QC™ #1; PD Mainframe, offering versatility and longevity. The MARTIN® Spring Tensioner or TWIST™ Tensioner helps maintain ideal cleaning pressure while minimizing adjustments, enhancing efficiency and reliability. Not suitable for belts with mechanical fasteners.
