The MARTIN® QC™ #1 HD MT Belt Cleaner is a heavy-duty metal-tipped pre-cleaner/primary cleaner designed to deliver superior durability and performance. With a MAXIMIZER™ Urethane blade featuring a tungsten carbide tip lasting 3 times longer than standard blades, this cleaner ensures efficient belt cleaning from 18" to 96" widths and can handle belt speeds of up to 900 FPM. The MARTIN® Spring Tensioner maintains optimal cleaning pressure with minimal adjustments required. Note: Not compatible with belts featuring mechanical fasteners.
