The MARTIN® QC™ #1; HD MT Belt Cleaner is engineered for durability and high performance in various applications. Featuring a corrosion-resistant TC tipped blade made of MAXIMIZER™ Urethane with a tungsten carbide tip that outlasts standard urethane blades by threefold. Ideal for belt widths ranging from 90 inches to 2000-2200 mm and belt speeds up to 900 fpm, this cleaner ensures efficient cleaning while reducing maintenance needs. Choose from a TWIST™ Tensioner or MARTIN® Spring Tensioner for consistent cleaning pressure. Note: Not suitable for belts with mechanical fasteners.
