The MARTIN® QC™ #1 HD MT Belt Cleaner is engineered for heavy-duty applications, offering exceptional durability and performance. It features a robust MAXIMIZER™ Urethane blade with a tungsten carbide tip, lasting 3x longer than conventional blades. Suitable for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96" and operating at speeds up to 900 FPM, this cleaner ensures efficient cleaning while minimizing maintenance needs. Choose between a TWIST™ Tensioner or Spring Tensioner for optimal pressure management. Please note that this cleaner is not recommended for use on belts with mechanical fasteners.
