The MARTIN® QC™ #1; HD MT Belt Cleaner is designed for heavy-duty applications, offering exceptional durability and performance. Its unique MAXIMIZER™ Urethane blade with tungsten carbide tip lasts 3 times longer than standard urethane blades. Suitable for belt widths of 18" to 96" and speeds up to 900 FPM, this cleaner ensures effective cleaning without the need for frequent adjustments. Choose between a TWIST™ Tensioner or a Spring Tensioner for optimal cleaning pressure. Please note that this cleaner is not compatible with belts featuring mechanical fasteners.
