The MARTIN® QC™ #1; HD MT Belt Cleaner is a heavy-duty metal-tipped pre-cleaner that ensures maximum durability and performance for a wide range of conveyor applications. Equipped with the unique MAXIMIZER™ Urethane blade featuring a tungsten carbide tip lasting 3 times longer than conventional blades, this cleaner fits seamlessly on both the QC™ #1; HD and PD Mainframes. Available with a TWIST™ Tensioner or a Spring Tensioner, it maintains optimum cleaning pressure with minimal adjustments required. Please note that this cleaner is not suitable for belts with mechanical fasteners.
