The MARTIN® QC™ #1 HD MT Belt Cleaner is a heavy-duty metal-tipped pre-cleaner/primary cleaner designed for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96". With a durable MAXIMIZER™ Urethane blade featuring a tungsten carbide tip, this cleaner offers exceptional longevity, lasting three times longer than conventional urethane blades. It fits seamlessly on the QC™ #1 HD Mainframe or QC™ #1 PD Mainframe and is available with either a TWIST™ Tensioner or a Spring Tensioner for optimal cleaning pressure maintenance. Not suitable for belts with mechanical fasteners.
