The MARTIN® QC™ #1 HD MT Belt Cleaner is engineered for exceptional durability and performance in various industrial applications. Featuring a robust blade made of MAXIMIZER™ Urethane with a tungsten carbide tip, this cleaner outlasts standard urethane blades by three times. Suitable for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96" at speeds up to 900 FPM, it offers reliable cleaning on head pulleys with diameters of 12" to 16". Choose between the TWISTâ„¢ Tensioner or Spring Tensioner for optimal cleaning pressure adjustment, ensuring efficient operation and minimal maintenance. Not recommended for use on belts with mechanical fasteners.
