The MARTIN® QC™ #1; HD MT Heavy-Duty Pre-Cleaners/Primary Cleaners are engineered for exceptional durability and performance in a variety of applications. Featuring a blade made of MAXIMIZER™ Urethane with a tungsten carbide tip, these cleaners deliver extended service life up to 3 times longer than standard urethane blades. Suitable for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96" and operating at speeds up to 900 FPM, these cleaners can handle continuous temperatures of up to 160ºF and intermittent temperatures of 180ºF. Choose between the TWIST™ Tensioner or Spring Tensioner for consistent cleaning pressure with minimal adjustments required. Please note that these cleaners are not recommended for belts with mechanical fasteners.
