The MARTIN® QC™ #1; HD MT Pre-Cleaner is a heavy-duty solution designed for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96". With a corrosion-resistant TC-tipped blade made of MAXIMIZER™ Urethane, this pre-cleaner ensures exceptional durability and performance. The blade, featuring a tungsten carbide tip lasting three times longer than conventional urethane blades, fits seamlessly on the QC™ #1; HD or PD Mainframe. Choose between the TWIST™ Tensioner or Stainless Steel MARTIN® Spring Tensioner for optimal cleaning pressure maintenance. Ensure efficient conveyor operation with a maximum belt speed of 900 fpm and temperature resistance up to 180ºF intermittent. NB: Not suitable for belts with mechanical fasteners.
