The MARTIN® QC⢠#1 HD MT Pre-Cleaner is a heavy-duty metal-tipped belt cleaner designed for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96" and max belt speeds of 900 FPM. Built for durability, it features a unique MAXIMIZER⢠Urethane blade with a tungsten carbide tip, lasting 3 times longer than conventional blades. Available with TWIST™ Tensioner or Spring Tensioner options, it ensures proper cleaning pressure with minimal adjustments. Please note, this cleaner is not suitable for belts with mechanical fasteners.
