The MARTIN® QC™ #1; HD MT Pre-Cleaner offers exceptional durability and performance for a wide range of belt conveyor applications. Featuring a corrosion-resistant TC tipped blade made of MAXIMIZER™ Urethane with a tungsten carbide tip, this pre-cleaner lasts three times longer than conventional blades. With options for TWIST™ Tensioner or Spring Tensioner, it ensures proper cleaning pressure with minimal adjustments. Not suitable for belts with mechanical fasteners.
