The MARTIN® QC⢠#1; HD MT Pre-Cleaner is a heavy-duty solution designed to deliver maximum durability and performance for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96". Featuring a MAXIMIZER™ Urethane blade with a tungsten carbide tip that lasts three times longer than conventional blades, this pre-cleaner fits seamlessly on the QC™ #1; HD Mainframe or the QC™ #1; PD Mainframe. With a TWIST™ Tensioner or Spring Tensioner, proper cleaning pressure is maintained while reducing adjustment needs. Not suitable for belts with mechanical fasteners.
