The MARTIN® QC™ #1 HD MT Pre-Cleaner is a heavy-duty solution designed for belt widths of 18" to 96" and belt speeds up to 900 FPM. Its MAXIMIZER™ Urethane blade with tungsten carbide tip ensures exceptional durability lasting 3 times longer than conventional blades. Engineered with a TWIST™ Tensioner or Spring Tensioner, this cleaner provides consistent cleaning pressure while minimizing adjustments. Not recommended for belts with mechanical fasteners.
