The MARTIN® QC™ #1 HD MT Pre-Cleaner is a heavy-duty metal-tipped belt cleaner designed for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96". With a durable MAXIMIZER™ Urethane blade featuring a tungsten carbide tip that lasts three times longer than conventional blades, this cleaner offers superior performance at belt speeds up to 900 FPM. It can withstand continuous service temperatures of up to 160ºF and intermittent temperatures of up to 180ºF. Choose between the TWISTâ„¢ Tensioner or Spring Tensioner for optimal cleaning pressure adjustment. Note: Not recommended for belts with mechanical fasteners.
