The MARTIN® QC™ #1; HD MT Pre-Cleaner is designed to deliver exceptional durability and performance for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96" and max belt speeds of 900 FPM. Its robust blade, crafted from MAXIMIZER™ Urethane with tungsten carbide tip, ensures 3 times longer lifespan than conventional blades. Equipped with a TWIST™ Tensioner or MARTIN® Spring Tensioner, it maintains optimal cleaning pressure with minimal adjustments required. This pre-cleaner is suitable for various applications and can be used on either the QC™ #1; HD Mainframe or QC™ #1; PD Mainframe.
