The MARTIN® QC™ #1 HD MT Pre-Cleaner/Primary Cleaner is engineered for heavy-duty applications, offering exceptional durability and performance. With a MAXIMIZER™ Urethane blade featuring a tungsten carbide tip, it outlasts conventional blades by three times. Suitable for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96" and operating at speeds up to 900 FPM, this cleaner ensures effective belt cleaning while reducing maintenance needs. Choose between TWIST™ or Spring Tensioner options for optimal cleaning pressure. Not recommended for belts with mechanical fasteners.
