The MARTIN® QC™ #1; HD MT Pre-Cleaner/Primary Cleaner is built for durability and high performance in a variety of applications. Featuring a corrosion-resistant TC-tipped blade made of MAXIMIZER™ Urethane with a tungsten carbide tip, this cleaner lasts three times longer than conventional blades. It fits seamlessly on the MARTIN® QC™ #1; HD Mainframe or PD Mainframe and comes with a TWIST™ Tensioner for proper cleaning pressure. With a blade width of 76 inches and a stainless steel mainframe, this cleaner is designed for belt widths ranging from 84 inches to 96 inches and has a max belt speed of 900 fpm, making it an ideal choice for heavy-duty conveyor systems.
